YOGA

Welcome to your body

Yoga is one possible path that can lead us to a deeper understanding of our existence in this world and its meaning in it. Through constant self-exploration we achieve more connectedness with our inside and outside, a bringing together of body, mind and soul. In today's lifestyle, which is often characterized by a chaotic mind, hectic rush, restlessness and an exhausted body, yoga can be perceived as a kind of journey that can satisfy our longing for spiritual peace, serenity, physical balance and strength.

Yoga is what every person experiences personally with their own body, their thoughts and feelings at the moment of practice. This does not only take place on the yoga mat - it is a life-affirming practice that integrates the quality of mindfulness into our lives. Be it practicing an asana, breathing, walking, dancing, working or washing up. Every body is individual, has its own limits and possibilities. This is exactly where I want to start - with our personal experience.

Slackline yoga

Yoga on the slackline - a fascinating combination in which both arts improve physical and mental flexibility, balance and strength. The nature in which we are in direct contact plays an equally important role here - it gives us a feeling of openness, space and freedom.

The instability of the slackline requires the use of all muscles and 100% attention to every movement. This can put our patience to the test. However, if we look at the surprises of the slackline, which constantly throw us off balance, as a kind of mirror of life, we can recognize parallels - even if we keep losing our inner alignment, it is about searching and finding again. Until we take falling and getting up again at some point more relaxed.

The body is the translator of the soul
into the visible

OFFERS

Yoga

The yoga class consists of Asana Flow sequences which I will lead through at the beginning and which the participants can then repeat at their own pace. This opens up the space to explore, to move to your own rhythm, to add to or take out what corresponds to you on that day at that moment.

The workshop is completely adapted to the needs of duration, intensity and level.

Slackline Yoga

To prepare our bodies for the journey above the ground, we start with a yoga class between the trees with the sun on our faces and the wind on our skin. After a basic slackline introduction we will gently and playfully bring our yoga practice on the line through balance, concentration and breathing exercises.

The course is suitable for everyone who wants to challenge their yoga practice. No previous knowledge of slackline is required.

You are welcome to use the contact form for questions and to make appointments.

On request, I will put together an individual offer, variable in duration and scope.
